NMPSA Membership
Full
Members:
City, County, Township, Village agencies. Any unit of government located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Each municipality shall designate one voting member and an alternate. This designation may be changed via written notification from the municipality at any time.
Any employee or official of a municipality, county or council of
government in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan may take advantage
of NMPSA education programs.
Associate
Members:
Non-profit institutions or organizations whose operations are closely allied with a local unit of government in the Upper Peninsula shall be eligible for Associate membership. Associate membership shall be in the name of the institution and/or organizations. Associate members shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of the
Association except the right to vote or hold elective office.
Membership
Fees:
- Twenty dollars
($20) per full-time employee with a $100 minimum and a $2500 maximum
per organization per year.
- Payment is due
July 1st of each year.
- Additional fees
for those attending any program shall be Twenty-five dollars ($25) per person per day to offset
expenses. Payment by course date is required.
Non-Membership
Fees:
- Seventy- five dollars ($75)
per person per day to offset expenses. Payment by course date is required.
Other Fees:
- Ten dollars ($10)
per person for registrations received after the registration deadline.
