and professional development of its members in order that they may better serve
their communities and organizations."

The Northern Michigan Public Service Academy (NMPSA) is a non-profit organization
dedicated to providing quality training to Upper Peninsula Municipal Employees.

In addition to annual membership fees,
NMPSA relies on grants and donations to fund the seminars.
